How to make good Chicken Pizza |
Ingredients :
- For the dough:
- 1/2 kg plain flour
- 1 tbsp dried milk powder
- 1 tsp oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp yeast
- Water
For Theopping :
- Chicken, cubed
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Crushed red chillies
- Deggi red chilli powder
- Yellow food colour
- Ginger garlic paste
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp oil
- Red chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
Mix all the dough ingredients and knead with water. Leave covered for at least 2 hours in a warm area or until the dough has doubled in size. Add garam masala, salt, crushed red chilies, Deggi red chili powder, yellow food colour, ginger garlic paste in the chicken and leave to marinate. Boil in a pan, until all the water has dried up. Blend the tomatoes until it becomes a purée. Add the oil, red chili powder, salt, chili sauce and tomato sauce. Cook the sauce until the water has dried up and begins to look like tomato ketchup. Mix the oregano and thyme, and add to the sauce. Tap down the dough to tightly fit your pizza trat. Cover with the pizza sauce, topped with the cooked chicken, and sprinkle grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven until the dough is cooked through and cheese has melted.
