Recipe : Vanilla And Chocolate Cupcake Recipes With Caramel Sauce



Vanilla and chocolate cupcake filled with caramel sauce, strawberry sauce and nutella and topped with butter cream

Vanilla cupcake recipe

Ingredients :

125 grams butter
150 grams flour
25 grans corn flour
200 grams sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
120 ml milk

Method :

In a bowl separate egg white from yolks and beat white till foamy then add 50 grams of the sugar and beat for a few minutes till hard peaks form. Set aside in another bowl sift flour with salt baking powder and corn flour set aside In a big bowl beat butter then add rest of sugar and beat for 2-3 min till creamy add yolks one by one and beat between additions and add vanilla, then add part of flour and beat then half milk and beat then part of flour then milk and end by adding rest of flour mixture..

Use a spatula to incorporate the egg whites and fold them into the batter (make this on 3-4 additions)
Put in preheated oven 170 for about 22 min till done.
Cool and fill by removing the center part with an apple deseeder and put the sauce of your choice and put the part that u removed to fill then decorate with butter cream.


For the butter cream :

  • 250 grams soft butter
  • 325 gram icing sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tbsp mill
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat butter for a couple of minute then add sugar and milk and vanilla and beat till u get a cream consistency


For the chocolate cupcake :

  • 100 grams butter or 100 ml oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
