How to Make Wrinkled Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar 
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup oil (I used sunflower oil)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • Icing sugar to coat

Method :

In a large bowl, mix eggs with a whisk, add vanilla then sugar and mix well. then add cocoa powder and mix, add oil and mix and add flour baking powder mixture gradually and mix well with a spatula between additions till u get a smooth mix. cover and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.

Using a small ice cream scoop, form balls then put in icing sugar and roll to coat generously, then flatten the balls a bit with the palm of your hand. Put on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven 180 degree for no more than 8-10 min.. Let cool, put on wire rack and serve. 

This recipe yielded 32 pieces using a small Ice cream scoop. If u prefer them smaller it might yield 48 pieces
