Ingredients:
- 200 gm boneless Chicken pieces
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Garlic, chopped
- 1 piece Ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Extra thick double cream
- 3 tbsp single Cream
- Wooden skewers
For Saffron Rice:
- 1 cup Rice, boiled
- 2 tsp Saffron water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Ginger and fresh coriander for garnishing
Method:
Wash the chicken and cut into small cubes. Add the chicken into a bowl. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, oil, red chili powder, salt, white pepper powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add the two creams and mix. Thread the chicken pieces through the skewers and cook in a grill pan.For the saffron rice: heat the oil in a pan. Add the boiled rice and cook for a little while. Add the saffron water and mix well. Dish out and garnish with ginger and fresh coriander. Serve with the malai boti.
