Ingredients

3/4 cup water
1 potato boiled and mashed
1/4 cup sugar

How To Make :

Put water, yeast an sugar and leave 5 min then add the rest of ingredients and knead. Let the dough rise for an hour, roll out and shape donuts then leave to rise another half an hour then free in hot oil, drain excess oil, leave to cool on cooling rack then cover with melted chocolate, sprinkles or icing.
